Common questions

My item didn't sell. Buyers (real players and dealers) only pay at or below the item's value. Check the market band on your listing and price inside it.

I lost my progress. Guest accounts live on one device. Link an Apple account in ⚙ Settings → Link Apple account to keep progress across devices.

A player scammed me. Open the listing (or the ⋯ menu next to the player in Vela Radio) and tap Report. Three independent reports pause a seller automatically; we review within 24 hours.

Delete my account. ⚙ Settings → Delete account. Everything is removed permanently.

Is this real money? No. In-game money has no real value and cannot be cashed out.
