The game
Trade Tycoon is a fictional trading simulation. All money, items, prices and companies in the game are fictional. In-game currency has no real-world value, cannot be sold or exchanged for real money, cannot be cashed out and is not an investment. Optional packs of in-game currency can be bought (see Virtual currency & VIP below). Nothing in the game is financial advice. There is no gambling and no real-money prizes.
Your account
- You must be 13 or older. Where local law requires, you need a parent's consent.
- One person, one account. Multiple accounts used to manipulate the economy are closed.
- Guest accounts live on your device; link an account to keep progress across devices.
Not allowed
- Buying, selling or advertising in-game items or currency for real money.
- Cheating, bots, exploiting bugs, or trading between your own accounts.
- Harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual or illegal content, impersonation.
- Sharing contact details or links to move dealings outside the game, in chat or anywhere else.
- Spam, scams and flooding the chat.
Player-to-player trades
Listings are created by players. Prices are set by players. We are not a party to trades between players and are not responsible for another player's conduct. Bargaining is part of the game; fraud is not — report it in the app.
Live chat
Vela Radio is a live chat: the public Harbor Channel (one room per language) and private messages between players. Before you can read or write in the chat you must accept the in-game Harbor Rules, which are part of these terms.
- Zero tolerance. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and for abusive users. Harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, sexual content, spam, scams and impersonation are not allowed in any message.
- Filtered. Every message is checked on our server before it is posted. Messages with contact details, links, other apps or social networks, or real-money payment methods are rejected; offensive words are hidden.
- No real-money trading, no contact details. Keep every deal inside the game. Never send real money, gift cards or account details to another player; we will never ask you for them.
- Report and block. Every message can be reported, and tapping a player's name lets you report or block them. You no longer see messages from players you block, and you cannot exchange private messages with them.
- Moderation within 24 hours. Reports are reviewed by a moderator within 24 hours. Content that breaks these rules is removed, and the player who posted it can be muted for a period, banned from the chat or have their account closed. Messages that receive several independent reports are hidden automatically until they are reviewed.
- Limits. New accounts can write at a lower rate, and private messages open only between players who follow each other or through a player's listing. Repeated rule-breaking messages mute the sender automatically for a short time.
User content and moderation
Chat messages, listing titles and descriptions you write are filtered automatically (contact details, links and offensive words are rejected or hidden). You are responsible for what you write. Every chat message, every player listing and every player can be reported in the app (dealer listings are sold by the game itself). Three independent reports from established players pause a seller or hide a message automatically; all reported content is reviewed within 24 hours and removed if it breaks these rules. You can block any player from their profile card, from a listing or from the chat; blocked players are managed in ⚙ Settings → Blocked players.
Fair-play enforcement
We may correct balances created by bugs, adjust economic parameters, pause or close accounts that break the rules and apply economy-wide rules (such as wealth tax and fees) described in the game. No compensation is owed for in-game assets.
Virtual currency & VIP
- What you buy. Optional in-app purchases (when available) are packs of fictional in-game money and VIP Membership — offered, depending on your app version, as a monthly auto-renewing subscription or as a one-time 30-day pass. They give you a limited licence to use these features inside the game only. Purchased in-game money has no real-world value, cannot be cashed out, exchanged for real money or transferred outside the game, and is not an investment.
- Delivery. Purchases are processed by Apple under Apple's terms and delivered to your game account on our server once Apple confirms them (usually within seconds, sometimes a few minutes). They belong to your account, not your device: link your account to keep them across devices. Deleting your account permanently deletes purchased money and remaining VIP time.
- In the game economy. Purchased money works like any other in-game money: it counts toward your wealth, leaderboards and badges, and it can be spent, taxed or lost through normal gameplay.
- VIP Membership (monthly subscription). VIP Membership · Monthly is an auto-renewing subscription. The price per month is shown in the in-game Shop before you buy (US$24.99 per month in the United States; the local price in your country is set by Apple and may include taxes). There is no free trial: payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically every month at the same price until you cancel, and your Apple ID account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends, unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel the subscription at any time in your App Store account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions); cancelling stops future renewals and VIP stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Deleting the app or your game account does not cancel the subscription — cancel it in your App Store settings. If the price ever changes, Apple informs you in advance and, where required, asks for your consent.
- VIP Membership (30-day pass). Where the 30-day pass is offered, VIP lasts 30 days from purchase and does not renew automatically — you are never charged again unless you buy it again. Buying the pass while VIP is active adds 30 days to the time you have left; if you also have a subscription, those days are kept and continue after the subscription ends. The current VIP benefits are shown in the in-game Shop before you buy.
- Refunds. Digital goods are delivered immediately and are not refundable except as required by law or Apple's policies; refund requests are handled by Apple. If Apple refunds a purchase, the in-game money it delivered is taken back from your cash balance; any part you have already spent is recorded as in-game debt, which is repaid from your future in-game earnings (some actions are unavailable while you are in debt). A refunded VIP purchase removes the VIP time it added; a refunded subscription payment ends the VIP period it paid for. Your vault, deposits, investments and items are not touched.
- No real-money trading. Selling, buying or offering accounts, in-game money or items for real money or anything outside the game is forbidden and leads to account closure.

The game is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change or end the service with reasonable notice.
